Active Buggies

A free fitness session for parents with young children, designed for post-natal participants.

Exercises will consist of fast walking, jogging and a bit of running with or without the buggy, but feel free to do what makes you feel comfortable. I give everyone the option as most people won’t be at the running stages just yet! We do a mixture of squats and lunges; these again can be done with or without the buggy and we do other exercises that work the upper body as well as the lower body. I also do some floor exercises where we work on strengthening the core muscles – nothing too strenuous.
