Early Years Activities for parents with young children

Pre-school Yoga – 4 and under with an adult

Designed for children and their grown-ups, these sessions are all about moving together and having fun. A chance to step away from busy routines and enjoy something playful and active together. You can expect a session filled with imaginative movement, nature-inspired games, partner work and plenty of giggles.

We’ll be stretching, balancing, exploring and learning through movement – with just enough moments of calm woven in to catch our breath and reset. It’s less about “perfect poses” and more about connection, confidence and shared experiences.

To ensure the best experience we need 1 adult to every 2 toddlers

Grace and Gravity Studio Wallingford, OX10 8BA

  • Tuesday 8 September – 20 October
  • £5 per session (1 adult and child), £1 additional toddler or £30 for the course
  • YouMove card holders £2 per session, £1 additional toddler or £12 for the course.

Book your space for Pre-School Yoga here.

Active Buggies

A free fitness session for parents with young children, designed for post-natal participants.

Exercises will consist of fast walking, jogging and a bit of running with or without the buggy, but feel free to do what makes you feel comfortable. I give everyone the option as most people won’t be at the running stages just yet! We do a mixture of squats and lunges; these again can be done with or without the buggy and we do other exercises that work the upper body as well as the lower body. I also do some floor exercises where we work on strengthening the core muscles – nothing too strenuous.
